North Ferriby Village Hall has a number of rooms of various sizes enabling it to host many types of events and functions, from a small business or social group meeting to a major business conference to a wedding reception catering for 150 guests. We will consider negotiating discounted prices for users who are willing to commit to regular hire of sessions greater than one hour duration.
Main Hall
Hire cost : £26/hour
Accessed from the front entrance lobby, our recently redecorated Main Hall has a large stage with theatre quality lighting and curtains, cinema quality projection and sound system and a sprung maple floor recognised as the best in the area for dancing and exercise. The Main Hall provides an ideal venue for theatre, music, family celebrations, large scale business and social group meetings, indoor sport, exercise and dance. Double doors lead to the rear lobby, giving access to the kitchen, rear entrance and the remainder of the building.
Priory Room
Hire Cost : £21/hour
Large carpeted function room with a 3m (10ft) deep laminate floor area at one end. The Priory Room is available to hire separately from the main hall and with curtains/window blinds, dimmable lighting and acoustic ceiling panels is perfect for meetings, early years child care, parties, music, fitness classes and celebration events. Smart TV with HDMI connection for presentations available.
Green Room
Hire Cost : £11/hour
A smaller room located off the rear lobby, ideal for small-scale meetings and video conferences. Smart TV with HDMI cable available to support presentations and video conferencing. This room also serves as a changing room for performers using the stage, since a further small room beyond the Green Room leads direct to the stage via a door in the wings of the stage.

Common facilities
Kitchen – The kitchen is located off the rear lobby between the Main Hall and Priory Room and adjacent to the door leading from the rear car park. It is a shared facility available to all users of the Hall and has 2 electric hobs and ovens, refrigerators, dish washer, glass cleaner and two sinks. A large serving hatch opens into the lobby by the doors from the Main Hall, making it easy to serve refreshments during events in the Main Hall, the Priory Room and the Green Room.
Car Parking – There are a number of parking spaces reserved for Village Hall users at the front of the Hall.
Wi-fi – High speed Wireless Internet connection is available throughout the building.
Toilets – Leading off the front lobby are the gentlemen’s and ladies’ toilets, a disabled toilet and nappy changing facilities. These were fully re-equipped and refurbished to current standards at the beginning of 2014. Plus two wheelchair accessible, unisex toilets with washbasins located to the rear of the newly refurbished Priory Room.
