North Ferriby Village Hall has a number of rooms of various sizes enabling it to host many types of events and functions – see descriptions below. All our rooms come with access to our excellent kitchen facilities for no additional charge, making it easy to serve snacks or refreshments during events. We also have free high speed wi-fi throughout the building.
Main Hall
Our recently redecorated Main Hall has a large stage with theatre quality lighting, curtains, projection and sound system. It’s an ideal venue for group meetings and activities, indoor sport and exercise, music and theatre, family parties and large scale business events. Capacity up to 200.
There is an additional charge for use of our stage lighting and/or sound systems as specialist skills are required and are provided by our volunteers.
Priory Room
Ideal for business meetings and presentations, our Priory Room has curtains/window blinds, dimmable lighting, acoustic ceiling panels and Smart TV with HDMI. Also great for parties, events and activities which don’t need as much space as the Main Hall. Capacity up to 75.
Green Room
Our Green Room also has Smart TV with HDMI and is ideal for smaller scale meetings and video conferences. If you work from home and need an occasional room for an office or a meeting, this could be the one for you. Max capacity 18.

Common facilities
The Kitchen a shared facility available to all users of the Hall and has 2 electric hobs and ovens, refrigerators, dish washer, glass cleaner and two sinks. A large serving hatch opens into the lobby behind the Main Hall, making it easy to serve snacks and refreshments during events in the Main Hall, the Priory Room and the Green Room.
Car Parking – There are a number of parking spaces reserved for Village Hall users at the front of the Hall.
Wi-fi – High speed Wireless Internet connection is available throughout the building.
Toilets – Leading off the front lobby are the gentlemen’s and ladies’ toilets, a disabled toilet and nappy changing facilities. These were fully re-equipped and refurbished to current standards at the beginning of 2014. Plus two wheelchair accessible, unisex toilets with washbasins located to the rear of the newly refurbished Priory Room.
