Follow these simple steps to hire the hall
Step 1
Decide which Room(s) you would like to book.
Step 2
Read our Conditions of Hire carefully to make sure you understand them and are happy to comply with them.
Be aware that you should have your own adequate insurance for your event or activity (especially anything which involves a bouncy castle) and that there are special conditions which apply if you intend to supply or sell alcohol, in which case there will be a supplementary charge of £20 for licensing.
You will also be asked to nominate a responsible person over the age of 18 to be in charge during your period of hire.
Sorry you have to do this, but once it’s done we can all relax!
Step 3
To access an online booking form, go to our Online Diary and click on the + symbol in the date you would like to book. If you are doing a recurring booking, pick the first date in the series.
The booking form is self-explanatory, but please make sure you provide full contact details, specify which room you would like to book, and provide any supplementary information you think might be helpful.
The estimated charges calculated by the booking system do not allow for discounted rates for recurring or ongoing bookings – if you are entitled to discounted rates this will be confirmed by the Bookings Secretary.
Step 4
Once you have made your booking you will be contacted by the Bookings Secretary to deal with any queries and confirm the booking and the charges. Please note that all bookings are provisional until confirmed by the Bookings Secretary.
